NOTICE FOR SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS
Subject: Recruitment to the Two Posts of Associate Professor (Male) (BS-19), Education Department GB Colleges, Ministry of Kashmir Affairs & Gilgit-Baltistan
Dear Candidate,
With reference to your online applications, the following candidates, whose names and roll numbers are provided below, are required to submit their Bio-Data along with attested copies of requisite documents (with the name stamp of the attesting officer) as mentioned below. The documents must be submitted within 15 days of the placement of this Notice on the FPSC website through Registered Post/Courier to determine your eligibility for the position. However, it must be noted that the request for documents does not imply that you have been shortlisted for an interview. Your eligibility will be determined after the scrutiny of the submitted documents as per the advertised conditions.
Required Documents:
a) A Bio-Data form, duly signed and filled in completely (this can be downloaded from the FPSC’s website at https://fpsc.gov.pk/downloads/forms)
b) Two recent passport-sized photographs.
c) A valid Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC).
d) A Self Domicile Certificate (SDC).
e) Secondary School Certificate (SSC)/Matric showing the date of birth and Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC)/Intermediate issued by the Secretary, Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education. In case of 'O' level and 'A' level, an equivalence certificate from the Inter Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC) must be provided.
f) Minimum Qualification/Experience:
- (i) A Ph.D. degree in the relevant subject from a university recognized by the HEC.
- (ii) Eight (8) years of post-qualification teaching and administrative experience at a college/university level.
- OR
- (i) An M. Phil. degree in the relevant subject from a university recognized by the HEC.
- (ii) Ten (10) years of post-qualification teaching and administrative experience at a college/university level.
- OR
- (i) A Second Class or Grade 'C' Master's degree in the relevant subject from a university recognized by the HEC.
- (ii) Twelve (12) years of post-qualification teaching and administrative experience at a college/university level.
g) Degree(s) and Transcripts/Result-Cards/DMCs showing the duration of the study period, credit hours with proof of CGPA/Grade/Class with credit hours, and Result Declaration Date, issued by the Controller of Examination from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) to determine eligibility.
h) In cases where equivalence of the required degree is claimed, an equivalence certificate issued by HEC/PEC/PMC/PNC must be provided to authenticate the claim.
i) Valid registration with HEC/PEC/PMC/PNC and other relevant institutions, where applicable.
j) Post-qualification Experience Certificate with Job Description and exact dates as per the detailed Experience Format (Annex-A available on FPSC’s website), where applicable.
k) In case of Government Servants, an Original Departmental Permission Certificate (DPC) showing the exact date of appointment and domicile on FPSC’s prescribed format (available on FPSC’s website), duly signed and stamped by the Head of the Department/Division/Ministry (Official stamp must be affixed).
l) In case of a Non-Test Case or an Undertaking provided by the candidate at the time of examination, the Original Treasury Receipt (TR) showing the application fee was deposited on or before the closing date of the advertisement in the Government treasury, or in a branch of National Bank of Pakistan, or in a State treasury authorized to transact business on behalf of the Government.
m) A Medical Certificate (if required/advertised) and Proof of Age Relaxation (if claimed).
