Qualifications:
- A 3-Year Nursing Diploma or a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSCN) is required.
Experience:
- At least 1 year of professional nursing experience is preferred.
Job Description:
- Ensure the implementation of Nursing quality assurance and customer satisfaction policies.
- Adhere to Nursing policies and procedures, including service excellence and infection control protocols.
- Admit and discharge clients as per the physician's requests.
- Administer infusions and other treatments as advised by physicians.
- Report on the client's condition to the physician.
- Calculate dosages, administer medication, and maintain comprehensive patient records along with all necessary nursing documentation.
Skills:
- Proficiency in I/V Cannulation and Medication Administration is essential.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) and BLS (Basic Life Support) certifications are preferred.
