LIST OF PROVISIONALLY SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES

The Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) is pleased to announce the provisional shortlist of candidates for the posts of Inspector (BS-16) in the Airports Security Force, Ministry of Aviation. The following candidates have been provisionally shortlisted and will be called for an interview as and when scheduled. This is subject to the submission of attested copies (with the name stamp of attestation officer) of the documents mentioned against their names (if any). Candidates with deficient documents have also been informed via SMS and email.

Candidates are advised to regularly visit the FPSC’s official website to check for updates regarding interviews and personal hearings. Instructions for Shortlisted Candidates

Shortlisted candidates must bring the following documents, duly attested with the name stamp of the attestation officer:

  • Secondary School Certificate/Proof of Age issued by IBCC (if not already submitted)
  • Annex-B Certificate on the prescribed form (available on FPSC website)
  • Bachelor's Degree Certificate (if not already submitted)
  • Experience Certificate (if applicable)
  • Domicile Certificate (if not already submitted)
  • Character Certificate (if applicable)
  • Medical Fitness Certificate (if applicable)
  • National Identity Card (NIC)

Candidates must ensure that all documents are complete and submitted on time to avoid any disqualification from the interview process.

Requirements for Interview

  1. Original Documents: Candidates must bring original documents along with attested copies for verification on the day of the interview.
  2. Reporting Time: Candidates should report to the interview venue at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time.
  3. Dress Code: Formal attire is recommended for the interview.
  4. Covid-19 Precautions: Candidates are advised to follow all necessary Covid-19 SOPs, including wearing masks and maintaining social distance, during the interview process.

Low Merit/Failed Candidates

The remaining candidates in the subject case are of low merit or have failed in the Screening (MCQ) Examination and will not be called for an interview. It may be noted that no further communication to FPSC shall be made in this regard.

Important Note

The names and number of provisionally shortlisted/rejected candidates are subject to modification after the Commission’s decision on the representations and review petitions (if any) of rejected candidates in terms of Section 7(3) of the Federal Public Service Commission Ordinance, 1977.

Candidates are also encouraged to regularly check their emails and SMS for any updates or instructions from FPSC regarding their application and interview schedule.
