Applications are invited from citizens of Pakistan for recruitment against the following vacant posts on contract basis in the PSDP funded Projects of Law and Justice Division, Islamabad:

1.) Project Titled: “Strengthening of Planning & Monitoring Unit in Ministry of Law and Justice, Islamabad”

2	Project Appraisal Specialist (PPS-8)	1	Merit	40	Islamabad	16 years of education in Business Administration/ Management/ Engineering/ Project Management from HEC recognized Degree Awarding Institute/University. 08 years’ experience in the field of Project Appraisal. PSDP experience will be preferred.
3	Monitoring & Evaluation Officer (PPS-7)	1	Merit	35	Islamabad	16 years of education in Business Administration/ Management/ Engineering/ Project Management/ Statistics/Economics from HEC recognized Degree Awarding Institute/University. 03 years’ experience in Monitoring and Evaluation of Projects. PSDP experience will be preferred.
4	Office Boy (PPS-2)	2	Merit (Islamabad/Rawalpindi)	30	Islamabad/Rawalpindi	Matric Pass having experience in office work.

2.) Project Titled: “Archiving and Digitization of Legislations and Records of Ministry of Law and Justice”

A strong background in IT/ computers/technology and non-print materials formats. Experience in the implementation of Digitization/Archival projects will be preferred.
6	Content Writer (PPS-7)	1	Merit	35	Islamabad	Law graduate (LLB) from a reputable local or foreign university/degree awarding institute recognized by HEC of Pakistan and preferable master’s degree in Law (LLM) along with additional qualification of Information Technology. 03 years’ experience of Content Writing and relevant field. A strong background in IT/ computers/technology and non-print materials formats. Experience in the implementation of Digitization/Archival projects will be preferred.
7	Data Processing Officer (PPS-7)	1	Merit	35	Islamabad	16 years of education in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer/Software Engineering or a university degree recognized by HEC of Pakistan. 03 years’ experience of Digitization in a well reputable organization. Having experience of digitizing the archival material.
8	Data Processing Assistant (PPS-6)	2	Merit	33	Islamabad	Bachelor degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or in any relevant technology from HEC recognized Degree Awarding Institute/University OR Graduate with One Year IT Diploma/Certificate ii. 01 Year experience in data processing preferably in a Government Organization
9	Preserver (PPS-6)	1	Merit	33	Islamabad	Graduate with Diploma/Certification in Document Preservation. ii.02 Year experience in the relevant field
10	Hardware Technician (PPS-6)	1	Merit	33	Islamabad	Bachelor degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or in any relevant technology from HEC recognized Degree Awarding Institute/University OR Graduate with One Year IT Diploma/Certificate ii. 01 Year experience in computer hardware’s in a Government Organization

3.) Project Titled: “Automation of Federal Courts (Phase-II)”

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS/INFORMATION:

i. Incomplete application forms and those received after the closing date will not be entertained.
ii. Applicants shall present their original documents along with a set of attested copies of the Degrees / Certificate by HEC / recognized Board / Universities / Institutes and other relevant documents at the time of Test/Interview. In case of any false or forged information provided, the Organization reserves the right to cancel the candidature of any applicant at any stage and to initiate legal action against the applicant as per rules.
iii. Age relaxation will be admissible as per Rules/Federal Government policy.
iv. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in Test/Interview.
v. Candidates already in Government Service must apply through the proper channel.
vi. The Ministry of Law and Justice reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of posts at any stage, subject to their availability.
vii. Only those candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria will be called for Test/Interview.
