Applications are invited from suitable/eligible candidates against the following posts on a lump sum pay package under GM (Projects) Northern Areas:
Sr. No. 1: Assistant Director (Social)
- No. of Posts/Place of Posting: 2 (Harpo HPP, Skardu = 1; Keyal Khwar, Pattan = 1)
- Qualification:
- Master Degree OR 04 years/08 semesters Hon. Degree (minimum 2nd Div./2 CGPA out of 4) in Social Sciences (Sociology, Social Work, Rural Development, or Development Studies) from HEC recognized University.
- Experience: At least 02 years of experience in the relevant field.
- Additional Skills: Knowledge of computer operating systems.
- Age Limit (Max): 33 years
- Quota: Open Merit
Sr. No. 2: Assistant Director (Environment)
- No. of Posts/Place of Posting: 2 (Harpo HPP, Skardu = 1; Keyal Khwar, Pattan = 1)
- Qualification:
- Master Degree OR 04 years/08 semesters Hon. Degree in Environmental Sciences (minimum 2nd Div./2 CGPA out of 4) from HEC recognized University OR
- BE/B.Sc. (Environmental Engineering) from HEC recognized University with minimum 2 CGPA out of 4.
- Experience: At least 02 years of experience in the relevant field.
- Additional Skills: Knowledge of computer operating systems.
- Age Limit (Max): 33 years
- Quota: Open Merit
Tenure:
- The appointment will be on a contract basis (lump sum pay package) for a period of 01 year extendable as per the requirement of the Organization/Project and satisfactory performance of the individual.
Pay Package:
- Lump sum pay package of Rs. 135,000/- per month.

General Conditions & Instructions:
- Written Test: Conducted by M/s OTS & interview will be conducted by WAPDA.
- Age Relaxation: General age relaxation of 05 years has already been included in the age limit. 03 years of age relaxation shall be admissible to the candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Buddhist Community, Recognized Tribes of Tribal Areas, AJK & Gilgit Baltistan.
- Upper Age Limit Relaxation: Up to 10 years for Govt./WAPDA employees who have completed two years of continuous service on the closing date of receipt of applications.
- Incomplete Applications: Applications carrying incomplete/incorrect information or received after the last date shall be rejected.
- Original Documents: Candidates shall submit the original documents at the time of interview.
- Falsified Information: Any information found bogus at any stage during induction or later in service shall result in termination thereof.
- No TA/DA: Will be admissible to candidates for test/interview.
How to Apply:
- Website: Candidates may visit M/s OTS website (www.ots.org.pk) for registration and submission of applications within 15 days of publication of advertisement.
- Test Fee: Candidates shall pay the test fee of Rs. 200/- to OTS. The test fee shall be paid in any branch of Bank Alfalah, HBL, or ABL on the prescribed Bank Challan form downloadable from the OTS website.
- Form Submission: Send complete prescribed application forms along with attested copies of CNIC, domicile, educational/experience certificates, and one recent passport size photograph to Manager Operations (WAPDA) Open Testing Service, Office No. 1, Central Avenue, Bahria Town Phase-VI, Islamabad.
- Eligibility: Candidates applying must ensure that their applications must be received at OTS registration through courier/ Pakistan Post within the stipulated period.
