Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC) MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAMME- 2024
PMDC, a state-owned enterprise responsible for the exploration, mining, and marketing of various minerals, operates under the administrative control of the Ministry of Energy (Petroleum Division), Government of Pakistan. In line with its commitment to capacity building of young professionals, PMDC is pleased to offer a training opportunity as Management Trainees through a one-year contractual engagement.
Program Details:
The Management Trainee Programme entails a one-year training contract and does not constitute an employer-employee relationship. There is no obligation on PMDC to offer regular employment upon completion of the program.
Positions Available:
- Management Trainee (Mining) - 02 positions
- Management Trainee (Geology) - 02 positions
- Management Trainee (Human Resources) - 01 position
- Management Trainee (Finance/Accounts) - 03 positions
Eligibility Criteria:
- Applicants meeting the standard eligibility criteria mentioned above will be required to appear for a written test and interview.
- Selection will be made on merit basis, with 30% weightage on education marks, 40% on test assessment, and 30% on interview evaluation.
- Selected candidates will be paid a lump sum monthly stipend of PKR 80,000.
- Incomplete and late applications will not be entertained.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for travel.
- The last date for submission of applications is 26.05.2024.
