Applications are invited from eligible candidates to fill-up the following posts in the District Health Office, Mo NHSR&C, Islamabad on a temporary basis.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS/INFORMATION:
- Relaxation of age will be admissible as per relaxation of the upper age limit rules 1993 (existing government rules).
- Age will be calculated with effect from the last date of submitting the application.
- Advance copy of the application will not be entertained.
- Candidates already in service should send their applications through the proper channel, and NOC shall be produced at the time of the interview.
- Eligibility of the candidate will be determined on the basis of his/her academic qualification as given against each post & domicile, age etc.
- 2% Disable quota as per government policy will be observed.
- Information provided in the application forms will be verified in case of appointment of the official. In case of any false or forged information, the department reserves the right to cancel your candidature at any stage (even after employment if so revealed later) and to initiate legal action against the applicant.
- Incomplete applications as well as received after the due date shall not be entertained.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for the purpose of the test interview.
- Only shortlisted applicants will be called for test/interview.
- Successful candidate against the posts mentioned at Sr. #01 & 05 shall complete mandatory NITB Course during one year of probation period.
- Mobile phone is not allowed in the test center premises.
- The competent authority reserves the right to cancel or postpone the recruitment process at any stage.
- The last date of submission of the application form is 15 days from the date of publication of this advertisement.
