NOTICE FOR SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS

RECRUITMENT TO THE POST OF ASSISTANT DIRECTOR (MINERALS) (BS-17), DIRECTORATE OF MINES AND MINERALS, GILGIT BALTISTAN, MINISTRY OF KASHMIR AFFAIRS & GILGIT BALTISTAN
With reference to your online application, kindly be informed that the following candidates, whose Names & Roll Numbers are provided below, are required to submit their BIO-DATA along with attested copies (with name stamp of attestation officer) of the requisite documents mentioned below within 15 days from the posting date of this Notice on the FPSC website. Please send these documents through Registered Post/Courier for eligibility verification.
It's essential to note that the request for these documents does not imply the shortlisting of candidates for an interview. The eligibility of candidates, in accordance with the advertised conditions, will be determined after a thorough scrutiny of their documents:
a) Duly signed and completely filled-in Bio-data form (available for download from FPSC's website: https://fpsc.gov.pk/downloads/forms) b) Two recent Passport size Photographs. c) Valid Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC). d) Self Domicile Certificate (SDC). e) Secondary School Certificate (SSC)/Matric (indicating date of birth) and Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC)/Intermediate issued by Secretary, Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education. For 'O' level and 'A' level, an equivalence certificate from Inter Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC) is required. f) MINIMUM QUALIFICATION: Second Class or Grade 'C' Master's or Bachelor's (4 years education) degree in Geology/ Earth Sciences/ Mineralogy or equivalent qualification from a University recognized by HEC. g) Degree(s) and Transcripts/Result-Cards/DMCs indicating duration of study period, credit hours with proof of CGPA/Grade/Class with credit hours and Result Declaration Date, issued by Controller of Examination from a University recognized by Higher Education Commission (HEC) to determine eligibility. h) If claiming equivalence of the required degree, furnish an equivalence certificate issued by HEC/PEC/PMC/PNC to authenticate the claim. i) Valid Registration with HEC/PEC/PMC/PNC and any other relevant institutions (if applicable). j) Experience Certificate (Post Qualification) with detailed Job description and exact dates as per the Experience Format (Annex-A available on FPSC's website), where applicable. k) For Government Servants, provide the Original Departmental Permission Certificate (DPC) indicating the exact date of appointment and domicile on FPSC's prescribed format (available on FPSC's website) duly signed and stamped by the Head of the Department/Division/Ministry (Official stamp must be affixed). l) For Non-Test Case or UNDERTAKING provided at the time of examination, submit the Original Treasure Receipt (TR) evidencing the application fee deposited on or before the closing date of the advertisement in the Government treasury or in a branch of National Bank of Pakistan or in a State treasury, authorized to transact business on behalf of the Government. m) Medical Certificate (if required/advertised) and Proof of Age Relaxation (if claimed).
