The Directorate of Tourism and Culture Gilgit-Baltistan and its district offices are inviting applications from suitable candidates for the following vacant positions:
Vacant Positions
- Driver: 18 positions
- Driver: 01 position
- Naib Qasid: 04 positions
- Chowkidar: 02 positions
Terms and Conditions:
- Suitable candidates can submit their applications within 15 days of the advertisement.
- Applications for the vacant positions should include attested copies of educational certificates, computerized national identity card (CNIC), experience certificates, and domicile. These should be submitted during office hours to the respective district offices of the Department of Tourism and Culture.
- Only candidates with a domicile of the relevant district are eligible to apply for the vacancies in that district.
- For positions available at the office of the Director of Tourism and Culture in Gilgit-Baltistan, applications can be submitted to the office located at Quaid-e-Azam Road, next to the Supreme Appellate Court, Jutial, Gilgit.
- Applications for vacant positions in the districts of Gilgit, Skardu, Diamer, Astore, Hunza, and Gupis-Yasin should be submitted to the respective district offices of the Department of Tourism and Culture. For the vacant positions in Shigar and Kharmang, applications should be submitted to the Department of Tourism and Culture in Skardu.
- Incomplete applications and those received after the due date will be rejected.
- Preference will be given to candidates already working on a temporary basis in the Department of Tourism and Culture, Gilgit-Baltistan.
- The competent authority reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process without assigning any reason.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the test/interview.
- No travel expenses will be provided for the test/interview.
- Disabled individuals and women will be given preference as per the laws of the Government of Gilgit-Baltistan.
