 CDA Internship Program 2024: Graduates Program

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) is pleased to announce the 'CDA Internship Program-2024'. This program will run for six months starting in June 2024 at CDA, Islamabad, and includes a monthly stipend of Rs. 40,000.

Requisite Qualification:

a) Eligible students must have completed a Bachelor's Degree (04 years) in the last 03 years from a government-recognized institution in the following disciplines:

b) Students awaiting results to meet the eligibility criteria are ineligible.

Application Procedure:

• Only e-applications will be accepted. Forms can be accessed and filled out at CDA Internships.
• Applications lacking requisite information will not be shortlisted.
• Applications submitted in person will not be entertained.

ii. The names of shortlisted candidates for interviews will be uploaded on the CDA website with detailed guidelines at CDA Website.

iii. The number of interns, placement, duty assignments, and termination of internships are at the discretion of CDA. Interns may request termination of the internship with 15 days' notice in writing, but they will not receive a completion certificate in such cases.

v. Applications from students who served as interns under the 'CDA Internship Program-2023' will not be accepted.

• Applicants may apply online within 15 days from the date of publication of the advertisement.
• No TA/DA will be allowed.

Selection Procedure:

i. Applicants with a consistently excellent academic record will be shortlisted. Percentage marks obtained in SSC, HSSC, and Bachelors or equivalent will be given corresponding weightage from 30 marks each (total 90 marks). Ten (10) marks will be allocated for the interview.

ii. The internship is neither an offer of appointment nor is its period extendable, and it does not confer any right to employment/regularization, etc. Interns will only be entitled to the lump-sum stipend mentioned above and will be governed by CDA rules regarding disciplinary matters and confidentiality.
