Exciting Opportunity: Field Supervisor
Location: Baltistan Region
Qualification: LV Diploma with PNC License
Experience: 1 year post-qualification experience
Job Description:
- Conduct regular monitoring visits to extend technical assistance and supportive supervision and data collection.
- Collect gender, age, and disaggregated data of all activities.
- Share project details with health facility staff and members of health committees.
- Compile and submit daily and weekly reports of activities performed.
- Maintain a database of the activities.
- Ensure entries and reporting of monitoring data regularly.
