As part of our commitment to social responsibility, we are in search of an experienced International NGO Consultant to guide us through the establishment of our charity. This role is crucial in navigating the intricacies of international law, strategic planning, and operational setup to ensure the impactful realization of our mission.Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop a comprehensive strategy for launching M365Grow, encompassing mission alignment, goal setting, and long-term sustainability planning.
Legal and Regulatory Navigation: Provide guidance on the optimal jurisdiction for registering the charity, ensuring adherence to international laws and regulations. Oversee the process of legal registration and acquisition of necessary certifications.
Operational Setup: Outline the operational framework required for M365Grow to operate efficiently across borders, including establishing remote operations and forging key partnerships.
Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage with potential partners, donors, and stakeholders vital to the success of the charity.
Fundraising and Resource Mobilization: Develop a fundraising strategy aligned with M365Grow’s mission, including identifying grant opportunities, cultivating donor relationships, and exploring alternative funding avenues.
Monitoring and Evaluation: Establish a robust framework for monitoring and evaluating the impact of the charity's initiatives, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in consulting for NGOs, with a focus on international projects.
Profound understanding of the legal and operational aspects of charity establishment and management.
Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
Familiarity with the tech sector and its potential for social good (preferred).
Ability to work autonomously and navigate uncertainty within a startup environment.
Fluency in English, with proficiency in additional languages considered an advantage.
