Subject: Submission of Affidavit for Shortlisted Candidates - Lab. Assistant Test

We are writing to inform you that you have been shortlisted as a candidate who successfully passed the Lab. Assistant test advertised by the Higher Education Department Gilgit-Baltistan during the year 2020. Congratulations on this achievement!

As part of the next steps in the selection process, we kindly request you to submit an affidavit worth Rs.50. The submission deadline for the affidavit is 2nd/4th April 2024. Please ensure to submit the affidavit during office hours at the Directorate of Higher Education Department (Colleges) Sakwar Gilgit.

The prescribed affidavit format is available for download on the official website www.doecgb.gov.pk/site under the downloads section. Additionally, you can find the format on the official Facebook page of the Directorate of Education Colleges, Gilgit-Baltistan. Alternatively, you may collect the affidavit format from the office of the Directorate of Higher Education Department (Colleges) GB, Gilgit during office hours.

Please note that failure to submit the affidavit within the specified timeframe may result in disqualification from further consideration in the selection process.
