Position Overview: The Lady Health Visitor (LHV) will play a crucial role in delivering primary healthcare services and promoting health awareness within the community. Qualifications and Experience: To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Diploma or RN from any recognized institution registered with the Pakistan Nursing Council.
- Minimum one year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a primary healthcare setting.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in challenging environments.
- Demonstrated politeness and excellent communication skills when interacting with patients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities: The Lady Health Visitor (LHV) will be responsible for performing the following duties:
- Conducting health assessments and providing basic medical care to patients.
- Educating individuals and families on preventive healthcare measures and promoting healthy lifestyle practices.
- Administering vaccinations and conducting maternal and child health clinics.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement health promotion programs.
- Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring confidentiality of medical information.
- Participating in community outreach activities and health awareness campaigns.
