The IT Support Officer will be pivotal in advancing digital lesson development for teachers, addressing technical issues during video recordings, troubleshooting software/hardware problems, and ensuring seamless digital lesson delivery.
Qualifications:
- Minimum BS(Hons) in CS/IT
- At least 1 year of experience in IT support or educational technology
- Proficiency in video equipment, video editing, sound editing software
- Familiarity with learning management systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are crucial.
