NOTICE FOR SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS
Subject: RECRUITMENT TO THE SEVEN HUNDRED AND SEVENTY ONE POSTS OF SENIOR AUDITORS (BS-16), CONTROLLER GENERAL OF ACCOUNTS ORGANIZATION, FINANCE DIVISION
There are 81 candidates from Gilgit-Baltistan Selected for Submission of Documents
With reference to their online applications and subsequent appearance in MCQ (Screening) Test, the following 3192 candidates whose Names & Roll No’s have been given in List below (Pages-1 to 41) are advised to furnish the attested copies (with name stamp of attestation officer) of the following requisite documents within 15 days of placement of this Notice on FPSC website through Registered Post/Courier, to determine their eligibility:
- Bio-data form duly signed and filled-in completely (Already enclosed/attached with Notice issued by Registered Post/Email)
- Two Photographs.
- Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC).
- Matric (showing date of birth) & Intermediate Certificates issued by Secretary, BISE.
- Second Class or Grade ‘C’ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with specialization in Finance or Accounting/Commerce/Economics/ Statistics/Mathematics or equivalent from a University recognized by HEC. OR Second Class or Grade ‘C’ Bachelor’s degree with: ICMA one year post graduate Certificate or CA (Foundation) or ACCA (knowledge level qualified) and above degrees (if any).
- Result Cards/Transcripts/DMCs etc. showing CGPA/Grade/Division and exact date of declaration of results and above degrees (if any).
- Proof of specialization in Finance or Accounting in case of possessing BBA/MBA degree etc. issued by Controller of Examination of University concerned.
- Self Domicile Certificate (SDC).
- In case of Govt. Servant, Original Departmental Permission Certificate (DPC) complete in all respects issued by an authorized officer of the controlling department.
- Equivalence Certificate from HEC in case of possessing foreign degree or a degree other than the advertised one.
- Experience certificate, if any.
As per Para 16 (A) (ii) (a) of General Instructions to the candidates, only Two Thousand Four Hundred Twenty Nine (2429) top merit eligible candidates in their respective Provincial / Regional quotas will be preselected for interview. You are cautioned that requisitioning of the documents for determination of your eligibility shall not vest any right in you for the post until you are pre-selected on the basis of merit and relevant Provincial / Regional quota. In case, you failed to submit these documents within the stipulated period, your candidature for the captioned post shall stand rejected and no alibi or excuse shall be entertained subsequently.
